Members of FESSUD coordination team, Malcolm Sawyer and Giuseppe Fontana, will be presenting a mini course on ‘The Monetary Circuit, Financialization, and the Environment’ at a Young Scholars Initiative Workshop organised by INET (Institute for New Economic Thinking), New York, February 24-26, 2015.

The presentations will generally reflect the work of the FESSUD project and ideas on the nature and consequences of financialisation. It will particularly draw on the work undertaken within Work Package 2 – Comparative Perspectives on Financial Systems in the EU.
