The Scientific Advisory Committee offer guidance regarding FESSUD research, and strategy, as an expert panel as well as providing a review of FESSUD output.  Their advice is then communicated to the project via the Steering Committee and followed up by partners. Georgios Papanagnou, the E.C Officer, chairs the Scientific Advisory Board.

The Stakeholder Group also provides guidance, in addition to performing the role of representing the project’s target public – those with interest in FESSUD and at whom the project is aimed (example policy makers, researchers, representatives of civil society organizations, etc). The Stakeholder Group will also help to disseminate the results of the project given their backgrounds, and can offer valuable guidance in this respect, to help the project make an impact in important areas.
